Fullmoon Party is the most interesting of the main happenings on the island. In average 8.000 party-goers coming to Koh Phangan every month to see for them self the Party. The southeastern part of Koh Phangan is the main Haad Rin is mountainious making most of the beautiful fine white sandy beaches unable to reach by road, the only way to get to them is by long tail boat from Had Rin. For some of the travelers who find Koh Samuimuch too expensive or a bit too busy with too many construction sites, Kohphangan can be the a better destination to relax & chill in Southern Thailand. It is amazing how can tranquillity and party madness can blend so good here. On one side, you can join the non-stop parties drawing people with all different kinds of music, a great location and party style.

You can use the roads to Haad Rin, but you have been warned that the concrete roads are not in the greatest state and unless you are a confident motorcycle rider then do not attempt to get to HadRin, as nearly all accidents involving motorcycles happen in this area. Our advice is to leave your motorcylce at the seven eleven at Baan Tai and pay about 40 Baht for a taxi over the hills to Haad Rin. Kohpangan offers to the visitor natural beaches and coves, some are only able to reach by trekking through jungle paths or by hiring a taxi boat. Today, Koh Phangan got a popular destination and visitors from every corner of the earth to visit it. One exemption from the otherwise laid back and quite island might be the Fullmoon when Haad Rin transforms into a dance floor constructed of sand. If you don't want to participate or even listen to the music, don't worry on Kohpangan are many unspoiled bays, that are easy to reach like National Parks, National Parks and viewpoints.
